· Explanation

Shell & Tube type Heat Exchanger uses various sizes of N-PTFE Tube, in consideration of heat exchang efficiency and internal pressure. PTFE baffles with N-PTFE bundles are installed in the middle inside and Head part is fused in honeycomb shape.

· Application

Heating and cooling of highly corrosive chemical liquid, high purity chemicals, semiconductor reagent, and condensating corrosive gas with high reliability.

· Feature

It has excellent properties such as corrosion resistance, heat resistance, non-adhesive, high resistance to pollution, Excellent resistance to stress cracking and thermal shock at high temperature environment. In addition, It’s compact design is applied by advanced processing technology with excellent pressure resistance, low fluid resistance and high heat efficiency.

· Application

To be used for heating and cooling surface treatment liquids in large pickling tank, plating tanks and etching tanks used in the steel, automobile and aircraft industries, and also used for heating, and cooling chemicals used in the non-ferrous metal industries.

· Feature

Since it’s fixed and installed on the inner wall of the tank, the tube is not damaged by the contact with the processed product and the head is made of honeycomb type using N-PTFE tube, so the connecting pipe is compact and no leakage is secured.

· Feature

It has a coil-type structure inserted into a frame made of PP, PVC, PE, and PTFE materials and is installed on the wall or floor of the liquid tank. It is compact and has excellent heat transfer efficiency, and the frame material can be selected according to the customer needs.
